You can adjust the fit of the Dragonfly (pictured here) or Mei-Mei garter belts by connecting more or fewer of the hooks and eyes along the top and side edges. The more you connect, the tighter the fit:
Usually you'll just attach the last hook and eye on each edge as pictured above.
But if you want to make it tighter, you can attach more of the hooks and eyes.
