IlanioWear is currently closed, and will remain closed at least through spring of 2010. We are not accepting orders at this time. We are also no longer accepting any returns or exchanges. We will be able to return phone calls and emails intermittently, but it might take as long as two months to get a response. If you'd like to get an email if and when we re-open, you can add yourself to our email list here.
We strive to ship orders within three business days. We will send you an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. If we are out of stock on an item, we will notify you by email so you can tell us whether to wait or to ship just the items that are in stock.
We ship via UPS or the US Postal Service. Please be aware that international orders may be delayed by customs at entry to your country, and that you may need to pay customs duties or taxes to receive your package.
We take your privacy seriously. That means we won't spam you unless you specifically request to be on our mailing list. And we will never, ever sell your email address to anyone. In the event that the fashion police come knocking on our door, trying to stamp out revolutionary designs, and demand our customer records, we will blow our hard disks sky high, taking ourselves with them, leaving no beautiful corpses, just a ticker tape parade of spectacular clothing.
Your financial information is encrypted with a 256-byte SSL certificate from Equifax Secure Global eBusiness. Credit card numbers are not stored on our server for longer than it takes to complete your transaction. We have armed guards, a SWAT team, and several undercover ninjas guarding our production facility, and we regularly screen our workers to make sure they are on drugs.
