IlanioWear will be closed between Thursday, August 21 and Thursday, Sept. 25th. Orders will not be accepted during that time. If you need to return something, please email us and we'll get back to you when we reopen on the 26th. Please do not send us any returns during that time, as we won't be around to receive them, and your package will be returned to sender. (We will extend our normal 45-day return period by one month during this time.) Sorry for the inconvenience!
We've now got a showroom in the Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco. If you'd like to come visit and try stuff on in person, our summer store hours are Tues., Wed., and Thurs., from 1 to 5 PM. Here's a Google map to save you a few keystrokes.
We strive to ship orders within 48 hours of purchase. We will send you an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. If we are out of stock on an item, we will notify you by email so you can tell us whether to wait or to ship just the items that are in stock.
We ship via UPS or the US Postal Service. Please be aware that international orders may be delayed by customs at entry to your country, and that you may need to pay customs duties or taxes to receive your package.
It's hard enough to buy clothing in a store, and even harder over the internet, especially with clothes that are as tactile and experimental as ours. So we want you to know that you can return any item within 45 days for a full refund, and any time after that for exchange. The item must be in new condition with the original tags. Just let us know before you send the item back so we can provide appropriate shipping instructions. Please note, however, that panties are not returnable.
We take your privacy seriously. That means we won't spam you unless you specifically request to be on our mailing list. And we will never, ever sell your email address to anyone. In the event that the fashion police come knocking on our door, trying to stamp out revolutionary designs, and demand our customer records, we will blow our hard disks sky high, taking ourselves with them, leaving no beautiful corpses, just a ticker tape parade of spectacular clothing.
Your financial information is encrypted with a 256-byte SSL certificate from Equifax Secure Global eBusiness. Credit card numbers are not stored on our server for longer than it takes to complete your transaction. We have armed guards, a SWAT team, and several undercover ninjas guarding our production facility, and we regularly screen our workers to make sure they are on drugs.
